Ctrl + R (F5) - Refresh the active window
Ctrl + V (Shift + Insert) - Paste the selected items
Ctrl + X - Cut he selected items
Ctrl + Y - Redo an action
Ctrl + Z - Undo an action
Ctrl + Right arrow - Move the cursor to the beginning of the next word.
Ctrl + Left arrow - Move the cursor to the beginning of the previous word.
Ctrl + Down arrow - Move the cursor to the beginning of the next paragraph.
Ctrl + Up arrow - Move the cursor to the beginning of the previous paragraph.
Ctrl + Alt + Tab - use the arrow keys to switch between open apps.
Ctrl + Alt + Shift + Arrow Keys - When a grouper tile is in focus in the Start Menu , move it in the direction specified.
Ctrl + Arrow Keys+ Space - Select multiple individual items in a window or on the desktop.

Shift with arrow key - Select more than one item in a window / desktop.
Shift + Del - Delete the selected item without moving it to the Recycle Bin first.
Esc - Remove your current task.
Window Logo Key + L - Lock your Personal Computer (PC) or switch user accounts.
Window Logo Key + D - Display and hide screen Task.
Ctrl + Insert Key - Copy the selected items.
Shift + Insert Key - Paste the selected items.
नोट - कंप्यूटर शॉर्टकट कुंजियों को आमतौर पर Ctrl कुंजी , Alt कुंजी , Shift कुंजी के साथ अन्य कुंजियों का उपयोग करके एक्सेस किया जाता है। उदाहरण - यदि आप किसी टेक्स्ट को कॉपी करना चाहते हैं तो आपको उस आइटम का चयन करना होगा और उसके बाद सबसे पहले ctrl की दबाएं और कॉपी के लिए C दबाएं।
